Product photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours, packaging, decoration and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, availability, handmade/customized elements or product updates.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time an order is successfully placed will generally apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful payment confirmation where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where there is a pricing/technical error, suspected misuse, product unavailability or another legitimate reason. Any payment due back following such cancellation will be handled according to the applicable payment/refund terms and law.
Personalized and customized products are prepared according to the information supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking names, photographs, messages, spellings, sizes and other customization details before confirming the order.
Replacement requests will be handled according to our Replacement Policy. Shipping and courier-related matters will be governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and payment matters by our Payment Policy.
Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use Bond & Beyond’s content, branding, photographs or other intellectual property without authorization where protected by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers, courts of competent jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
Bond & Beyond may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the relevant time will apply, subject to applicable law.
