At Bond & Beyond, every order is carefully packed before being handed over to independent third-party courier or logistics service providers for delivery.
- Orders are processed after successful order and payment confirmation.
- Customized, personalized, bulk, and corporate orders may require additional preparation time. Their dispatch timelines may be communicated separately.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, product availability, festivals, weather, courier operations, strikes, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Once an order has been handed over to the courier or logistics provider, any delay caused solely by that third-party service provider will not be counted in Bond & Beyond’s processing TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Bond & Beyond will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments and coordinating with the courier partner.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, PIN code, and active contact number. Delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information may be borne by the customer.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost while in the custody of the courier or logistics provider:
- Bond & Beyond will initiate or assist with the applicable claim process with the courier company.
- Bond & Beyond will not provide an independent refund for a shipment lost by a third-party courier before the courier claim has been investigated and settled, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
- Any claim amount or compensation actually approved and paid by the courier company will be passed on or settled with the customer, as applicable.
- Courier claims are subject to the courier company’s own investigation, documentation requirements, terms, claim limits, and settlement timelines.
- Bond & Beyond cannot guarantee the approval, amount, or processing time of a courier claim.
For products received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the Bond & Beyond Replacement Policy will apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers, courts of competent jurisdiction at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from orders, shipping, delivery, payments, or services provided by Bond & Beyond.
