Payment Policy – Bond & Beyond
Bond & Beyond accepts secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
- Regular Orders: Prepaid payment and COD may be available.
- Customized / Personalized Orders: 100% advance payment is required. COD is not available.
- Corporate / Bulk Orders: 50% advance at the time of order confirmation and remaining 50% before dispatch.
- COD availability may depend on the product, order value and delivery location.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed/communicated before order confirmation.
- An order will be processed only after successful payment or confirmation as applicable.
- If an online payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, the matter will be verified with the payment gateway/bank.
- Bond & Beyond reserves the right to request prepaid payment for high-value or special orders.
